Every month, we organize events to bring young, entrepreneurial makers together. Through our events and community, we make sure you effortlessly find the like-minded people you're looking for, without feeling awkward. The events are free, unless stated otherwise 🚀

Work & Meet
As a freelancer or entrepreneur, it can sometimes be lonely. You work on your projects from home, but sometimes miss the social aspect. During the Work & Meet, YC'ers come every month, at the second Friday of the month, together in a city in the Netherlands to work together and get to know each other. This event offers a new co-work space, a day away from home, and an ideal opportunity to network with other young creators in a relaxed way. Who knows, maybe you'll score a new client, or find your future co-founder!
Demos & Drinks
Every last Friday of the month we end the month with Demos & Drinks at a young, fun company. The event starts at 17.00 with a nice drink. The plenary session starts at 18.00: the demos. Demos are short, five-minute presentations where you can show what you've made recently, such as a product, design or project. It's about giving others a glimpse into your work. It's super informal, perfect for getting inspired, scoring feedback, and meeting like-minded creators.
YC Deep Dive
The YC Deep Dive is a short and educational event, usually at a Thursday evening. Someone from our own community—someone who really understands the subject—shares their knowledge about, for example, AI & Automation, Design, Photography or Short Form Content. The sessions last a maximum of half an hour, and then you have time to talk to other interested parties about the specific topic.
It's not for nothing that we call it a 'deep dive': we go just that little bit deeper than usual, which is great if the subject is all your thing. At the same time, it's super accessible, and you'll find others who are just as into this topic as you are.
YC Live
YC Live is our slightly more formal format, but still focused on inspiration and making connections. Here you'll hear the stories of entrepreneurs and creative makers with truly extraordinary insights. An inspiring speaker or a cool panel session is often the focus, but here too, the focus remains on meeting other young makers.
In the past, we have welcomed Alexander Klöpping, Ali Niknam and Werner Vogels, among others.

YC Hackathon
The YC Hackathon is an event where teams of young makers come together to develop an innovative idea or prototype in 24 hours. Think of technical solutions, creative campaigns or social impact projects. The event is about collaboration and exploring new opportunities. At the end of the hackathon, the teams will present their work to a jury, with a chance to win prizes. And, of course, everlasting fame.
YC Masterclass
One Masterclass offers young makers the opportunity to learn from industry professionals, and always on location with an external company. For example, we have previously organized Masterclasses at companies such as Mollie and Booking.com, in which we gained practical skills and in-depth knowledge. This is sometimes about Marketing, sometimes about Software Development, and another time about Design.

Our community and events are open to everyone who is young at heart and has a passion for innovation and creativity. We encourage creators of all ages to join and contribute to our dynamic community, but will always give priority to young people under 27 at events.
